The following are the eligibility criteria for gaining admission to the 2-year B. Ed course from KUK:

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with at least 50% aggregate (47.5% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates). For candidates who have passed a B.E or B.Tech (Engineering Degree), the aggregate of the market should be at least 55%. (52.25% in case of SC/ST/Blind/Physically Handicapped candidates)

Candidates who have completed an NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode are also eligible for the KUK B. Ed Admissions 2022

Candidates who have passed a Master’s degree in Sciences/ History or Social Sciences with at least 55% aggregate marks are eligible for the course.

If a candidate is employed, he/she has to take a “No Objection” certificate from the employer in order to attend the course.

B. Ed Admission 2022

The KUK B. Ed Admissions 2022 process is completely online and no offline admission forms are accepted. Eligible students need to fill out an online form on the official website of Kurukshetra University by clicking on New Registration in order to secure admission in KUK B. Ed admission. 

The Online KUK Bed Form for KUK Bed Admission 2022 should be duly filled and submitted by the candidate before the deadline.

After the form is filled and the details are verified via email links and OTP, you need to upload all relevant documents including photographs, signature, academic certificates, etc. and then pay the application fees online. A merit list is put up on the KUK website along with the cut-off marks for admissions to B. Ed Course.

All students who have secured marks above the cut-off marks are now eligible to secure admission to the B. Ed course at Kurukshetra at a counselling session at the college.  During the KUK B. Ed Counselling 2022, students are free to ask any questions to the college and there will be a verification of all documents at the college. On payment of the fees, the admission is then secured.

B. Ed application fees

The application fees for KUK B. ED admission can be paid via net banking or using online mode (Debit/Credit cards). For regular students, the application fee is Rs. 500. For regular re-appear students, the application fee is Rs. 650. For Ex-students, the application fee for B. Ed admissions is Rs. 850. For Private (fresh/re-appear / compartment) students is Rs. 1400.  . The students aspiring to take admission for the B. Ed at KUK must thoroughly check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.

The application form for the B. Ed admission 2022 will be available from the 2nd week of October 2022. The deadline to fill the same will be the 3rd week of October.

KUK B.Ed. 2022 Counselling

Candidates securing a place in the merit list issued by KUK are eligible for counselling. The counselling is done based on the marks obtained in the academic examination held by a recognized board/university. The Candidates will have to report to the university soon after the allotment of seats in order to secure their admission for B.Ed. If a student fails to report to the university within the given time frame, the student may lose his/her seat.
